Post Remediation Validation Test (PRVT)

Upon completion of any remediation activity the workspaces need to be tested to assure the Mold contamination has been reduced to acceptable levels. The Post Remediation Validation Test is the final step in any Mold Remediation process. A visual evaluation is conducted, temperature, humidity and moisture readings are taken and finally air and or surface samples. both indoors and outdoors with the samples are then compared against each other to assure that the type and quantity of mold spores are similar in nature and do not exceed in quantity those on the exterior.
