Unfortunately not all companies are reputable. We were called on an Estate sale, where the Owner had passed away and not found for 4 months. Needless to say it was a mess. Another remediation company had provided a proposal for $63,000.00 on a $183,000.00 house, it was way out of line. Our proposal was for $17,000.00 and the project was successfully completed.
