We recently had a situation where workers were getting sick or complaining of headaches. We mandated that the area be tested prior to any work being accomplished. The testing identified a level of moisture in a specific area and high concentrations of an aggressive mold spore. Our team came in after work on a Friday evening and were complete by Monday morning in time for the clearance testing. The areas passed and there was very little disruption to their work activities.
